These ‘Healthy Foods’ Are Not Healthy

Peanut butter which you buy is consists of hydrogenate oils which will increase the saturated fats and trans fats in the product. These fats will be very harmful to your health. Solution is to make peanut butter at your home.
Most of the corn flakes consists of high fructose corn syrup which is a synthesised form of sugar. It’ll give you instant energy but stores as fat which is not a good sign for your body. Solution is to switching to natural oats.
Energy bars are most commonly used by people who do workouts for energy. But I would like to call them sugar bars because the carbohydrates in these bars come from simple sugars and will ultimately store as fats. My suggestion is to switch to peanut jiggery bars.
When you hear oats, you think it’s healthy but not in this case. These are loaded with unwanted additives, preservatives, colouring and flavour which are not good to you in a long run. Instead buy natural oats and make them masala at home.
